Dr. Xu, originally from Shantou, China, embarked on his dental journey at Sun Yat-sen University in 2008, earning a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. His academic pursuits continued with a Master of Medicine in Dentistry in 2010 and a Doctors of Philosophy in Dentistry in 2014. Dr. Xu furthered his education by obtaining a DMD from Boston University in 2020. Currently residing in Atlanta, he is happily married to his high school crush, Shawna, and they share the joy of raising two children, daughter April and son August, along with their twin cats Tiger and Panda.

With six years of dental practice experience prior to his move to the United States, Dr. Xu brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. During his spare time, he indulges in various activities, including hiking, kayaking, traveling, watching movies, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines with his family. Dr. Xu’s favorite pastime involves working with his hands to create and repair things around him. Since 2020, he has been an integral part of the DentFirst team, providing exceptional dental care.
