Dr. Dongwuk Cha, DDS

Dental School: New York University at Buffalo 2011 – D.D.S.

Dr. Cha earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine in 2011. Before his dental education in the U.S., he worked as a fund manager in a major financial company in South Korea. Before college, he served in the Korean Army as a Platoon Leader and was discharged in 1996 as a First Lieutenant.

Since becoming a dentist, Dr. Cha has practiced general dentistry in Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and in the Atlanta area. While he enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Cha particularly enjoys complex dental treatments, such as cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatments. In addition to all general dental procedures, Dr. Cha is also certified in dental implant treatments. He prides himself as a skillful, dependable and compassionate dentist with strong work ethics. In his free time, Dr. Cha enjoys cooking, outdoor exercise, Fencing and spending time with his wife and three boys-Patrick, Aiden, and Declan. He has been a part of the DentFirst team since 2020.
