My name is A.W. and today 4/5/2010 I bought my children into the Jonesboro office for a routine dental visit. I wanted an appointment for myself as well but the schedule was already booked for the week. From the very moment that I checked in the children, I received top notch customer service and care from the two young ladies at the front desk (T., M.), my higenist (M.E., R.D.H), M.W., D.D.S, the dental assistant that assisted with my procedure and even the one and only Mr. Roderick Berry. This crew did everything possible to work me into the schedule and succeeded! All while wearing a smile! I was able to have the services that I need done and with ease knowing that my children were in good hands. As I was under care, I received constant update for my children. I am so pleased to be patient in this office and I will be sure to spread the word. This crew surely deserves to be rewarded for upholding the customer service standards.

I use the Dentfirst location on Satellite Boulevard in Duluth and I must tell you that you have a great facility. I walk in the front door and am always greeted with a warm smile by Ms. R, I think she is the practice administrator and then escorted by C.W.’s back to see Dr. M. who is moving around the office at hyper speed. Not only do Ms. W’s and Dr. M. work together as a team, they seem to read each other’s mind in anticipation of the question to be asked. They both share with you jokes and factual information, ask how you are doing and you no longer feel like you are going to the dentist, you feel like you are going to see friends that are helping you achieve your goal and I have a lofty goal which is to cap all my teeth. Half of my teeth were capped last year, the other half will hopefully be capped this year. Either way, a trip to the dentist has turned from a chore to a great experience. I trust all other sites are the same and I have recommended a couple of people to Dentfirst. Keep up the good work.

Your team has done an excellent job over the past two years. Dental work has always been stressful since I was a kid. Everyone is helpful and friendly and your staff is the only reason I keep coming back. The appointment reminder and front office is extremely efficient. Would be nice to fill out the forms as a PDF through your website. Great job everyone. Two suggestions: 1. In the future, could we confirm appointments via email or website? 2. Wesite could use some updating (this form is difficult to read with the background and pink text is not easy to read either). But what you have is a good start

I thought that the facility was very nice and clean. Upon my arrival two receptionists continued to ask me if I was comfortable or needed anything. This showed me that they had not forgotten that I was waiting. The assistant was very nice and made me feel comfortable while he took x-rays. I liked the TV in the ceiling to give me something else to relax to while I waited for the dentist. The dentist when he came in was warm and friendly discussed all my options and what was the best but still gave the final decision to me. He discussed payment options. He told me the best options for the long run and even asked and thanked me for choosing DentFirst and said they would love it if I made them my permanent dentist because I told him that I had been seriously looking ..... Oh, the other receptionist I think her name was May she was considerate and polite as well.

We've been in the Johns Creek area for 13 years and Dr. B. and DentFirst have been our family dentist on and off for most of that time. Due to insurance switching, there have been occasions when they have NOT been our dentist, and I can not begin to tell you how unsatisfied I have been on so many levels with people OTHER and DentFirst. DentFirst does the best job. They are fair and honest and know what they're doing with your teeth. There are rip-offs out there and people who don't seem to know what they are doing. DentFirst is top rate. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even if I have to pay for it out of my own pocket without insurance. i only trust Dr. Burleson and the staff at DentFirst State Bridge. After being told by 2 other dentists the work I needed on my tooth could not be performed by just a dentist. I was told that only a specialist would do this work and Dr. H. himself told me that he could fix it for me. I immediately felt confident to have him do the work for me.
