Dr. Smith was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. After completing his Dental education, Ben practiced in Paducah, Kentucky before completing two years of a Prosthetic Residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Following this training in 1987, Dr. Smith practiced in St. Petersburg, Florida, returning to the Atlanta area in 2006 - ask him about hurricanes! He currently lives in Marietta with his wife, Carole, and their two Welsh Terriers – Fiona and Seamus! In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren, ocean kayaking, cooking and baking, and is a wine connoisseur! He loves all aspects of general dentistry, but particularly likes prosthetics and helping his senior patients.
