Dr. Hays, his wife Marie, two of their younger children, and his dog, a Sheltie named Riley, live in Fayetteville. Born in Atlanta, he attended Woodward Academy (Georgia Military Academy), where his parents taught in the music and business departments. At Georgia State he was an award winning Organic Chemistry student before he decided on a career in Dentistry. In addition to spending time with his family and new grandchild, he enjoys weight lifting, golf, running, reading novels, and traveling to any beach in his spare time. Dr. Hays particularly likes crown-and-bridge restorative dentistry, and is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and Northern District Dental Society. He joined DENTFIRST in 1985 and enjoys meeting patients in our Jonesboro and McDonough offices.
